Hello again everyone,

We’ve travelled a fair bit since the last blog entry through Nepal, into China and now back in Nepal. This therefore is going to be a bit of a long one, so go get yourself a drink (ours are a Jack and coke and a BDC) and get settled comfortably!

We’ll continue our riveting adventure story in the now customary fashion from where we finished off last time.

Hello again,

We’ve just got back from trekking in Sikkim, which is the state just north of West Bengal in between Nepal and Bhutan. We did a ten day trek to the base of Chanchenzonga which is the third highest mountain in the world. I won’t really bore you with a full on day to day break down of the trip, so I’ll just give you the highlights.

We trekked up from a town called Yuksam, and along with Ev and I we had our guide Akal, our cook (Gordon Ramsey)...

Right – this one certainly is going to be short. It’s only been six days since the last entry, and we’ve just been hanging around in Kalimpong and Darjeeling which are in the hills in the north of West Bengal. Hello again! We’re back in Goa before heading down to Kerala tonight, We’re going to make this blog entry a bit of a joint effort as the last few days have been a little eventful to say the least!?!

After a few quite lazy days by the pool we were back to slumming it. Especially since the train was fully booked and we had to get a non air conditioned bus, which would take 12 hours instead of 8 and was full of loud drunk obnoxious Russians who nearly got thrown off at the state border for drinking and smoking on the bus.
